Injection-molding is the preferred fabrication method for higher-volume parts.  The combination of economy, toughness, feature-integration, and “tunable” material properties is unmatched.

Volumes must be sufficiently high to justify the expense of an injection mold.  Once that decision has been made, our goal is to integrate every feature that we possibly can to “cost down” other aspects of the assembled product.
