Our Expertise
Vibration is almost always a thing to be avoided or mitigated. The first step in that endeavor is to measure, simulate, or calculate how severe vibration will be, and at what frequencies. This is known as Harmonic Analysis.
Once severity is understood, Porticos has broad and deep experience with the tools to deal with it. Isolation, dampening, deadening, and “tuning” are all useful approaches to reduce with the generation or transmission of vibrations.
